The Growth Plan has no monthly fee but charges 5% of your sales. The Subscription Plan is better for businesses with high-value products and lower sales volume, while the Growth Plan is ideal for businesses with higher sales volumes.
When should I choose the Warehouse Plan?
The Warehouse Plan is ideal if you want a complete hands-off solution where we handle storage, packaging, and fulfillment for you. This plan is perfect for businesses that want to focus on marketing and growth without managing logistics operations.
How does the 'pay the higher of the two fees' work for the Subscription Plan?
For the Subscription Plan, we calculate both your monthly subscription fee (₹750 for up to 100 products + ₹10 per additional product) and your sales commission fee (2% of sales). At the end of the month, you'll only be charged whichever amount is higher, not both.
Can I switch between plans later?
Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. There are no long-term contracts or switching fees. If your business needs change, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan through your account dashboard.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
No, there are no hidden fees. All costs are transparently outlined in our pricing. The only additional costs would be the payment gateway fee (3% if using our platform gateway) and the domain registration fee (₹1200 per year).
What payment gateways can I use with RapidKart?
You can either use your own payment gateway (Razor Pay, Paytm, PayU) at no additional cost, or use our platform payment gateway for a 3% transaction fee. The Warehouse Plan only supports our platform payment gateway.
